First Choice will extend every effort to ensure that our customer's support needs are looked after promptly, which includes scheduling each day to ensure that urgent calls are given the priority attention they require. All First Choice Computer Solutions customers are automatically provided with an account for Support Services.

General Support
To accommodate your preferred payment terms, we offer you the choice of two support options:
  • Our 7-day Early-Bird account for customers who prefer lower cost technical support.
  • Our Standard account where 30-Day terms are preferred.

Registered charities and non-profit organisations receive a 20% discount off the above rates

First Choice payment terms are generous. We simply ask that the same level of importance be given to paying your account as we do in providing our services. Consistent or exceedingly late payment of invoices may result in the withdrawal of account privileges.

  • The initial Support Option, unless otherwise specified, is the Early-Bird

  • Support calls are charged at the Support Option rate that the customer is currently under at the time of logging the call.
  • Rates are inclusive of GST.
